For those of you who were a part of the original DCC, you might realize that it looks different and you're now locked out. I'm redoing the forum in a focused, safer mode and putting in rules and guidelines and such. I'm gonna run a tight ship from now on!

But I will start with a open invitation in a few days after I finish tweaking the forums and posting all the starter guidelines. Right now it's in test mode and not open to the general public. If you're still interested, then leave me a message... I'll look into sending an invite when I'm ready. For those who are wondering what's the change, please read my declaration:
Why another doll forum?
The adminstrator of this forum has been in the doll community for a long time and has been the owner of many of older forums and discussion groups. Over time, she has realized that there is something major lacking in many of the online communities that are established now. Many forums have escalated into cliques, fan groups or popularity contests that love to chatter and boast but don't possess anything substantial in the topics posted.
This is not just "another doll forum". Dolls Creative Circuit (DCC) is a play and discussion group with a closed and intimate atmosphere. The discussion on these forums are focused for more of a playful take of the doll collecting and customizing hobby.
DCC is a recommended members only playground where members can chat about their favorite dolls, explore their personal dolls, share creative input and output of their dolls such as photos, art, photo stories, stories and even fanfiction. It's a place to learn techniques and skills, and also a place to share your experience as you are learning. Forum wide projects, polls and topics will add to the fun.
This forum is not your average forum. You will be asked to participate, discuss and give thought to what you say and what others post. Don't expect to be a casual reader or a lurker here. The topics will be engaging and you'll find yourself wanting to participate at every chance you get.
DCC has been established to allow members to appreciate their hobby, their dolls and other members more. It will inspire you, educate you and make you reflect. But more importantly, it will give you a safe place to let your creativity and imagination grow and play.

You don't know me but I like reading your blog and the idea of your forums appeals to me. I love getting constructive criticism and I really need it when it comes to photos, face-ups, and clothing. I'm tired of the 5 million "that's so cute!" comments.
So I'm not sure if you'd want to invite someone you don't know but I figure it doesn't hurt asking for one. ^_-;
