About Odette: Sickly daughter of Stuart Wallace Grey and Sophie-Marie DeLamotte. Odette became sickly when she was 16 and has not been able to stay out of her bed or chair for very long. She became well at first but soon had a bad relapse. The doctor cannot diagnose what it is she is sick with. Odette is often pushed aside by her mother and sister but her father and brother love her dearly. She stays in her room all day except for the afternoon where she has tea outside in the garden, weather permitting.
